Privacy
Your story. Only for the people you choose.
Every card you send opens one private link, with the stories you share with everyone. And for one person, or a few, you can add a story just for them, tied to the emails of their accounts with us: they see the shared stories, and theirs as well.
Making your video
- Hold the phone sideways: 16:9, landscape.
- Up to 40 seconds: everyone in the frame, a wave, a few words.
- Good light, facing a window or a lamp, and a quiet room.
Do I need an app?
No. A tap on the MINIESE logo opens it in the phone’s browser, at our AR website.
Which phones can tap it?
iPhone: iPhone XS, XR and every iPhone since read the logo with a tap, no app needed. Android: most phones with NFC, such as Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel; NFC is usually on already, and if not, switch it on in Settings. See how to tap, step by step.
No tap? Share it another way.
Your cards share a QR code and a link to your stories. Print them with your note inside the card, or send them from your phone to friends near and far: one scan or one click opens it, on any phone.
Can I add a video later?
Yes, as often as you like: send us the new one. It goes to the same private link, alongside the ones before, never in place of them, so everyone who has that link sees it, on every card you gave them. Each new story is $99.
Can I buy the cards without a story of my own?
No. A Living Greeting is made with your story: every design in your order comes with at least one of yours, $99 a story, and one is complimentary for every $300 of cards. Each card also opens into all the MINIESE stories of its world.
Do you edit my video?
No. You film it; we set it, just as you made it, into the design’s world, add it to your cards’ shared link, and look after it from then on, so it keeps playing. For a fully custom story, made for you, email orders@miniese.com: price upon request.
Can some people have a story just for them?
Yes. Pick one person, or a few, who have an account with us, and we tie a story to their emails: they see the stories you share with everyone, and that one as well; no one else with the cards does. It is made the same way as the others, your video set into the card’s world, and it is $99 too. A story made for you from start to finish is a fully custom one: price upon request.
Can I mix the designs?
Yes. Each design carries its own story, so a mixed order has a story of yours for every design in it. Send us a video for each.
